Why is my Smart Wi-Fi LED bulb not discovering on my Android phone?

Since you have an Android phone, there are a few steps you would want to take in order to ensure the Smart Wi-Fi LED bulb discovers and can be setup.

1) During setup, turn your phone's mobile data off.

Since each Android phone is different, the location of mobile data under your phone's settings will vary.

Often, once you are in the settings page of your phone, you can search for mobile data. On some Android devices, mobile data may be named something else.

If you are having difficulty finding the mobile data setting for your phone, please contact your phone's manufacturer or your carrier.

Below is an example of locating mobile data on a Google Pixel 2 after opening the settings page of the phone; in this example, the mobile data has already been turned off:

2) Ensure the location services is turned on for the Sengled Home app. Since each Android phone is different, the location will vary. Usually you would find this setting under the "App", "App Management" or "App Permissions" section of your phone. It will be in the location where you can look at the settings of all of your apps.

Once you find the Sengled Home app, select it and find the app permissions. Ensure location services is turned on.

Below is an example of locating location services on a Google Pixel 2 after opening the settings page of the phone; in this example, the location services have already been turned on:
