Download the Sengled Pulse app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store (only available on Android and iOS) to your Android or iOS device.

Now, power on your Pulse Link from a wall outlet. Then, if you would like your Pulse Satellite bulbs to play the audio from your television, connect the provided audio cord from the Pulse Link to the “Audio Out” port on your television.
The provided audio cords are a 3.5mm to 3.5mm and a 3.5mm to RCA. If your television only has a(n) optical/digital audio out port, you will need a digital to analog audio converter.
Below is a picture of what the audio out port on a television looks like. This is just an example and the location and name of your audio out port may vary.
In the photo, the ports below the green line are the analog audio out ports—they are the RCA ports. This means we would use the 3.5mm to RCA cord to connect to the Pulse Link to this television.
Once the Pulse Link is powered on, open the Bluetooth settings page on the smartphone/tablet on which you have the Pulse app installed.
The provided example below is from an Android. The Bluetooth settings page will vary from smartphone to smartphone. Some smartphones do not have a “Pair New Device” option and will just show the Bluetooth devices to which they have connected to before and the new devices that are available.
The name of the Pulse Link as it appears in your Bluetooth settings page will be “Pulse Link C01-BR30”.
In some cases, your phone may provide a pairing code for the Pulse. Press the option that indicates you would like to pair your device to the Pulse Link—in this case, “Pair”.
As demonstrated by the second photo, the phone is now paired to the Pulse Link.
From here, install the two Pulse Satellite bulbs.
Remember, Sengled Pulse bulbs, like most LED bulbs, cannot be used on dimmer switches such as wall dimmers, ceiling fan fixtures or 3-way lamps.
Furthermore, they are not meant to be used outdoors or in fully-enclosed fixtures.
After the bulbs are powered on, open the Sengled Pulse app.
Now, you can enjoy your Pulse bulbs.
