No. The Pulse line of bulbs cannot be used on dimmer switches; this includes wall dimmers, ceiling fan fixtures or 3-way lamps.
Dimmers reduce the supply of electricity to the bulb, which will negatively impact performance and cause damage to the bulbs.
If you want to control the brightness of the light on Pulse, you can do so directly from the Pulse app on your smart device.
