A Pulse Master bulb or Pulse Link is required to setup and use a Pulse Satellite bulb or Pulse Amp.
Do not power the Pulse Satellite or Pulse Amp on just yet.
Connect your iOS or Android device to the Pulse Master bulb/Pulse Link (aka your Pulse master device) via Bluetooth.
Open the Pulse app and press the three lines in the top left corner.
Then press “Device Management”.
From here, tap on “Add New Devices”.
Now, press “Scanning added”.
Now, scan the QR code of the Pulse Satellite or Pulse Amp.
In the example photo, we scanned the Pulse Satellite.
Note: This screenshot was taken a second before the QR code scanned.
After the Pulse Satellite/Pulse Amp is scanned, power it on in the location you want to use it. Remember, for best performance, we recommend the satellite devices be no further that 30 feet from the Pulse/Pulse Link.
Remember, Sengled Pulse bulbs, like most LED bulbs, cannot be used on dimmer switches such as wall dimmers, ceiling fan fixtures or 3-way lamps.
Furthermore, they are not meant to be used outdoors, in restrooms or in fully-enclosed fixtures.
After the satellite device is powered on, press “Link” to add it to your Pulse Master bulb or Pulse Link.
If you have another device to add, you could press “Scanning added”.
At this point, the Pulse Satellite or Pulse Amp will add to your Pulse master device. This could take three minutes.
After the satellite device is added, press “OK”. At this point, the satellite is added to the Pulse master device.
Press the three lines in the top-left corner to navigate to other parts of the app.
