Open the Snap app and select the Snap from which you wish to download the video.
Then, tap on “History” on the live screen.
Once you are on the “History” page, wait a few seconds to let the history page load.
Once you have tapped on the day from which you want video and know the start and end time of the video you want, press the arrow in the top right corner of the screen.
If you are unsure, you can scroll through the history bar (in orange) to view the video.
From here, choose the five minute range for your video.
We selected the video to be from 2:58 PM to 3:03 PM.
Once you have the start and end time selected, press “Save”.
From here, the video will be downloaded and saved to where video’s save on your device.
