Setting the Snap on to a light schedule

Open the Sengled Snap app and tap the hexagon shaped settings button. This will take you to the “Settings” page.

Scroll down until your reach “Lighting Automation”.

Tap on “Lighting Automation”. This will take you to the “Light Automation” page. From here, tap on “Add Lighting Schedule”.

This will take you to the “Lighting Schedule” page. Tap on “Turn On at” to set the time the Snap’s light comes on.

This will case a pop-up that will allow you to choose the hour and minute the LED of the Snap comes on; once you have set the on time, press “Save” in the top right corner of the pop-up.

Now, we will set an off time for the Snap’s light. Tap on “Turn Off at” to set the off time for the Snap’s LED.

Now, we will set off time for the Snap. Using your finger, scroll up and down the hour and minute columns until the off time is to your liking. When you are done, press “Save” at the top right of the pop-up.

Now that we have set the on and off time, we need to pick which days the schedule will apply. By default, the schedule will work every day. If that is to your liking, press the arrow in the top left corner.

To set the days the schedule will work on, tap on “Repeat”.

This will take you to a page entitled “Select Days”. All the days are selected by default as indicated by the days with checkmarks.

In the provided examples, we tapped on Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday to ensure this camera schedule works only on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Once you are done with setting the days you wish for the schedule to work, press the back arrow in the top left corner.

This will take you back to the “Lighting Schedule” page. Double check your settings. Once everything is to your liking, press the back arrow in the top left corner to save the changes.
