When and how to reset a Snap

You should only reset a Snap under one or more of the following conditions:

You have a new router.

You have a new internet service provider.

You need to move the Snap from one account to another.

A member to the Sengled Support Team instructs you to reset the Snap as part of troubleshooting.

To reset a Snap, press and hold the reset button located on the outer rim of the light for approximately 10 seconds until the light begins to flash.
