You should only reset a Smart LED with Security Camera under one or more of the following conditions:
You have a new router.
You have a new internet service provider.
You need to move the Smart LED with Security Camera from one account to another.
A member to the Sengled Support Team instructs you to reset the Smart LED with Security Camera as part of troubleshooting.
To reset a Snap, press and hold the reset button located on the outer rim of the light for approximately 10 seconds until the light begins to flash.
