Resetting bulbs is a great troubleshooting skill to help resolve situations where the bulbs may not be responding appropriately, such as when they do not pair correctly to your hub, or they are in a different state than expected. Please attempt to reset your bulb before removing the bulb or calling support.
To reset a Sengled Smart LED bulb, simply flip the manual switch (I.e. the wall switch or a power strip switch, and not your Sengled Home app or any other third party app) associated with the bulb ten times. You will know that you have successfully reset the bulb when it flashes five times.
