Note: You must assign at least one bulb to the new room in order to create the new room.
Open the Sengled Home app and press the button in the top right corner. Then press “Room Management”.
From here, you will be on the “Room Management” page. Press the three-dots-in-a-circle icon in the top right corner. From here, tap on “Add Room”.
This will take you to the “Add Room” page. From here, tap on the name of the room shown—in this case, tap on “Bedroom”.
From here, type in the custom name of the room you wish to create. In this example, we typed in “Guest Room”. You can edit the photo associated with the room by pressing “Edit” located in the bottom-right corner of the photo of the room.
With the room named, press “Manage Devices”.
From here, we will need to add at least one bulb to the room. In this case, we will at the “Living Room Bulb 1” bulb to the “Guest Room” by tapping it.
Since the “Living Room Bulb 1” bulb is associated with another room, a pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to move the bulb. Press “Ok” to proceed.
Once you do, the selected bulb will have a red checkmark next to it.
Repeat this process as needed. Once all of the desired bulbs are pressed, press “Save” at the top right to save the changes.
After pressing “Save”, you will be redirected to the “Room Management” page where you can see your newly created room.
