I scanned the Element box QR code and it said it was not a Sengled product. What do I do?

It has been brought to our attention that the manufactured label on some of our boxes has been created with errors in the QR code. 

What you would have to do is scan the QR code on the bulb itself.

From there, reset the bulb, like so to ensure it is in pairing mode: https://support.sengled.com/hc/en-us/articles/219648347-How-do-I-reset-an-Element-bulb- 

From there, go to the "Adding Devices" page, choose the directions that correspond wiht your Element bulb and proceed; here is the link: https://support.sengled.com/hc/en-us/sections/360001874574-Sengled-Home-App
