1. If I recently changed my WiFi or router device, what could I do?
No need to reset the bulb, follow the below steps:
a)select the WiFi bulb which you want to change WiFi settings
b)Click button.png icon on the WiFi bulb Page
c)Click the “Wi-Fi Settings” button
d) Click the “Switch Wi-Fi” button on this page
e) Following the instructions in the app to select the new WiFi and click the “save” button
Batch modify the Wi-Fi setting is NOT supported.

2. Why can my bulb only be controlled via Bluetooth, not through the cloud?
There are two ways to control the new classic G2 Wi-Fi bulbs:
1)via Wi-Fi connection
2) via BLE locally(when a Wi-Fi connection is lost, it will switch to BLE control automatically. )

Please check if your home Wi-Fi network and internet connection is working properly.
Try moving the bulbs closer to the Wi-Fi router.

3. When controlling light bulbs locally via Bluetooth, the scenes function cannot be used because it is a cloud-based function and is unavailable via BLE local control.

4. When the home network is abnormal and automatically switches to Bluetooth mode, cloud-related functions such as schedule, sunrise/sunset automation, and scenes will not be supported and executed.
