What happens to my paid cloud storage plan if my Smart LED with Security Camera gets stolen?

Saturday: 11AM - 8PM CST

Cancellations and refunds for cloud plans due to theft will be handled by our customer support team on a case-by-case basis.

As for your recorded video, do not worry. Even if the person who stole your Snap is able to set it up on his or her own WiFi network, he or she will not be able to view any of your Snap video footage.

Only people who know your username and password will be able to access your recorded video footage.
