I gave my Element hub/bulbs to a friend, but now they don’t work even though they worked for me. Why is this?

If you will be selling or giving away your Element hub or bulbs, you must first remove them from your account and then reset them. Your friend or the next person who will be using the hub and bulbs will have to create a new Sengled Element account and add them to it.
