I can’t seem to connect my Smart LED With Touch Control (Element Touch) to my smart hub. What could be the problem?

Try resetting the bulb. You can reset the Element Touch by holding down the button on the side of the bulb for 20+ seconds.

If successful, the bulb will blink five times followed by begin pulsating (gradually dimming up and down between 0% and 100% brightness) for three minutes. If it does not pulsate, try holding down the button for 20+ seconds again.

Additionally, make sure the bulb is not being used on a dimmer switch; this would include wall dimmers, ceiling fan fixtures or 3-way lamps. Like most LED bulbs, the Element Touch is incompatible with dimmers.
