How do I return a product to Sengled?

Sengled has no direct sales platform and thus only sells through third party platforms, primarily Amazon. As we only sell through third party platforms, Sengled cannot issue direct refunds.

Please return the product to point of sale, where it was purchased. For defective products that are still under warranty, please visit the Contact Us page to request a replacement.
