Why aren't available hubs showing up in the app when I try to pair a new bulb?

First, check that the hub has been powered on for at least 60 seconds, then check that your mobile device is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network that the hub is connected to (5 GHz connections are not supported). Refresh the device list in the app until the hub appears and then try adding the new bulb again.
