Currently, it's not possible to record video locally from Snap bulbs.

Furthermore, from the “History” page of the Snap app, you can download five-minute video clips by pressing the arrow at the top right of the screen. Important: The cloud plans are not retroactive. This means if you purchase a cloud plan, all video after the purchase will be saved based upon the cloud plan you purchased.
Video is only saved based upon the cloud plan you had at the time the video was recorded.
For example, if it is currently 5:00 PM and your Snap is on, and has the free One-Day Cloud Plan, you can download video the 30 second motion detection clips or five minute clips of your choosing from 24 hours ago to the minute.
If you want video longer than five minutes, you will have to contact our customer support center at 1-877-401-5990 Mon-Fri 10-8 pm CST and Sat 11-8 pm CST.
