Google, Alexa, Siri, or SmartThings Cannot Find the Bulb

Please make sure that the app and device firmware are using the latest version.
1) Update the app
2) Update the device
3) Power cycle your phone device
4) Power cycle your router
5) Reset the Bulb
6) Try scanning the QR code on the instruction manual 
Try set up again
