No. The Z-Wave bulbs cannot be used in fully-enclosed fixtures. They require air flow in order to help regulate temperature and avoid heat damage to the Z-Wave components inside the bulbs. To fully enclose the fixture and prevent air circulation would prevent the bulbs from regulating temperature.
