How do I subscribe to a paid cloud storage plan?

First, open the Sengled Snap app. Identify the Snap for which you wish to buy a cloud plan. Press the hexagon settings icon in the top right corner of the Snap. In the provided example, we only have one Snap.

This will take you to the “Settings” page for that Snap.

A “Verify Email” pop-up will show itself if this is your first time pressing “Manage Subscription”. You can press either “Ignore” or “Verify Now”. Either way, you will be redirected to a webpage.

The webpage will start with “us-payment.cloud” in the URL and say “Sengled Snap” while asking you to pick your country of residence. Tap on the downward arrow and choose your country of residence.

In the provided example, we chose the United States since we are in the United States. After selecting your country of residence, press “Continue”.

This will take you to the page where you can change your subscription. Press “Change Subscription” to change your Snap’s cloud plan subscription.

As you can see, the camera named “Snap_98_4D” is on the free 1-Day Cloud Plan. We are going to select the 7-Day Cloud Plan since that is the one we wish to purchase.

In the provided example, we are going to turn auto-renew on so we do not have to purchase a cloud plan every month.

Please note: If you have multiple cameras and want cloud plans on each camera, you will have to select and purchase a plan for each camera.

After pressing auto renewal to enable auto renew, a message will pop-up explaining auto renewal. After reading this, press okay.

From here, we will scroll down until we see the orange “Confirm” button.

Press “Confirm” when you are done. This will take you to the “Payment Details” page. From here, enter the credit or debit card you wish to use to purchase the cloud plan for your Snap.
