I plugged the included auxiliary cable from my TV into the Pulse Link, but no sound is coming out! What’s going on?

First, ensure that you have paired with the Pulse Link with a mobile device via Bluetooth.

Then, navigate to the settings page in the menu of the Pulse app.

Ensure that the “Input Audio Switch” is set to “3.5mm Line in” and not “Bluetooth.”

Additionally, many televisions have a setting to either allow or deny audio from being played from the device plugged into the audio port. The location of this setting will vary from TV to TV but you would want to ensure the option is enabled.
