I can see live video but motion or video replay is not enabled. What is going on?

Motion and video playback are available on all our plans. A paid service is required for more storage time on the server.

The paid cloud plans provide more options such as human detection mode and motion zones.

If you can see live video but cannot find any video that has been stored, it likely indicates that your paid cloud plan has ended and you will need to purchase a new one in order for video data to be stored again.
