If your Snap was previously working and suddenly stopped, your router may have temporarily lost connection to your Snap due to the router’s WiFi having poor bandwidth and/or poor signal strength at the location the Snap is being used.
For information on how to test your bandwidth and signal strength, please see this tutorial: https://support.sengled.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005700207-What-Kind-of-Internet-Bandwidth-WiFi-Signal-Strength-is-Recommended-
It may also be the Snap is not receiving constant power. Please make sure the blue indicator light is on and steady
Power cycling your Snap will usually resolve the issue. If that did not restore the connection, try power cycling your router.
We do not recommend resetting and re-pairing the Snap unless you have tried both other options.
