If your Snap was previously working and suddenly stopped, it may have temporarily lost connection to your router. Power cycling your Snap will usually resolve the issue. If that did not restore the connection, try power cycling your router. We do not recommend resetting and re-pairing the Snap unless you have tried both other options.
